  • Customizable systems from small batch to industrial scale extraction.
  • All of our columns are jacketed. We have non-jacketed, jacketed, and double jacketed tanks available. Our vessels can be chilled or heated using electric chillers, liquid CO2, and/or hot water circulators. Non-jacketed tanks use dry ice to chill.
  • Solvent, material and dewax columns us liquid CO2 refrigeration for making live resin, for dewaxing, and for passive recovery.
  • Dewaxing columns have liquid CO2 chilled jackets, sight glasses, and reusable steel filtration for maximum hydrocarbon winterization.
  • Inline ethanol extraction and winterization eliminating post extraction winterizing.
  • Hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction systems both use the same columns and Swagelok hardware.
  • Systems are designed for thermodynamic passive recovery of hydrocarbon solvents, and may also be connected to a recovery pump if desired.
  • “Modular and podular” design makes our beest systems completely scalable and upgradeable, from single rack to multi rack systems. Scale up with larger columns or scale out with more tanks, racks, and columns.
